  Debbie, the store manager was incredibly unprofessional, rude and has no knowledge of customer service. They leave it up to minors to cancel their own gym membership by calling or going online. My son canceled at the front desk Because he got into a a car accident and doctors orders, he was not able to work out and we’ve been charged every single month until this month After he canceled eight months ago. His mother, me was under the impression it was canceled eight months ago. Now I have collections calling me. I left la Fitness to join You Fit Gym Because I live in Weston Florida and it’s the closest to my house also thinking I’d improve my fitness, but instead I got broken machines, overcrowded spaces, A very small gym and staff who act annoyed when you ask for help. The gym is constantly dirty, the locker rooms smell terrible, and half the equipment is out of order every time I go. On top of that, they make cancelling your membership way harder than signing up. Definitely not worth the money — there are much better gyms out there. I did not recommend the shim at all. If you live in Weston Florida Do not go to this gym. Debbie is horrible store manager, no sympathy no understanding no resolution. I’m only leaving one star because zero star is not an option.

  This place is a rip-off. I canceled my plan a long time ago, and they have been charging me for over a year. They won’t refund, and now they are even asking for more money from me. I will never recommend. Be aware of such a scamming business. Disgusting.

  I love this gym, as long as I come in the early morning. For some reason, maybe its an age thing, the afternoons are filled with people that like to leave the weighs scattered around the gym. No one re-racks their weights and the staff doesnt seem to mind. Also, people stay put in one machine for 25+ minutes without actually exercising. I would give this gym 5 stars if it weren't for the afternoon crowd and lack of control from management.
