  I needed a gym while in Sunrise .The Youfit gym is huge with 2 floors and very friendly staff.

  Worst ever. Dirty with rain buckets all around. Staff has no clue on what’s going on. Literally clueless! Management has 0 customers service skills when asked for help! If I could do 0 stars I would! They don’t deserve 1 star! Trainers will cancel the day of your session. Don’t go here! Go you CRUNCH!!! So much better and clean!

  The team at this YouFit is awesome! They are all very welcoming & helpful. My trainer Carolina is the best, she motivates you, she genuine cares about you and never lets you give up!. Harold the GM is great too, most places you wouldn't even know who that is but he is always present welcoming, caring and listen to your needs. Phil the fitness manager Rocks! They are an awesome group over there! Stop by and see for yourself!

  The sunrise You fit is the best and i have my trainer Carolina is amazing. she is so dedicated and very knowledgeable. Carolina is very motivated and i feel like i got the best trainer ever. The place is clean and staff are so friendly and very professional.

  Recently joined Gym, had a great first assessment with Andrea, cameback for a Training session with Andrea really encouraged me. highly recommend her as trainer. I have a variety of injuries and she was incredibly knowledgeable in how to help me through workout. thank you.
