  Wonderful team that answered every question I asked satisfactorily and helped me pick out a great pair of sunglasses for a great price. Lisa, Nicole and Killian are the height of professionalism. Will recommend this location to my friends.

  I had a wonderful experience at Target optical sawgrass mall. Killian Perez Garcia helped me pick out frames and was so patient & helpful!! He didn’t rush me to make a choice. I give him 10 stars and would love to work with him again!

  I had another outstanding experience at Target Optical in the Sawgrass location! A heartfelt thank you to Nicole Gonzalez (Assistant Manager), Lisa Baum (Store Manager), and Deona (Doctor Tech) for providing exceptional customer service. Each of these amazing ladies was professional, patient, and attentive. They took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and made me feel truly valued throughout my visit. Thank you for consistently demonstrating excellence and making every experience a positive one. You ladies truly rock! 💜 And by the way… I absolutely LOVE my new glasses! 🤓💕

  I had such an amazing experience at Target Optical in Sawgrass! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness and care. Nicole took care of me, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Lisa, the manager, is equally amazing. She is warm, welcoming, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about both her team and every guest who walks through the door. I also want to recognize Killian, who is another outstanding team member. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help guests with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service. Everyone at this Target Optical made me feel valued, important, and genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find a team that consistently provides such outstanding service, and I’m so grateful for the care and professionalism they showed me. I highly recommend Target Optical at Sawgrass to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a wonderful overall experience!

  Terrible experience. After waiting two weeks for my prescription sunglasses, I received a text saying they were ready. When I arrived at the store, I was told that only the lenses had arrived, but not the frame. No one seemed to know what had happened. At first, they said the frame might be in the store, then that they would check another location… only to finally tell me it wasn’t available anywhere. It felt completely disorganized and unclear. How is it possible to notify a customer that an order is ready without even verifying that it’s complete? And even worse, how can you sell something that you don’t even have available? This shows a total lack of organization and respect for the customer’s time. Two weeks wasted for nothing. I definitely do not recommend this place.
