  My son has been going to Dr. Lurie since he was 6 years old, and he is now 17. I have always loved Dr. Lurie, which is the only reason I continued bringing my children here after he moved to the Optical City office. Unfortunately, the customer service from Claire and Lina has made every visit feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. They rarely greet or acknowledge you, and their attitudes make customers feel as though you are unwanted or bothering them. A simple “hello” or “How can I help you?” would make a huge difference. I do want to acknowledge that Amanda is great. She is always pleasant, helpful, and welcoming, and I truly appreciate the way she treats customers. Dr. Lurie is an amazing doctor, and I truly hate to leave him. However, because of the repeated poor treatment at the front desk, I now feel forced to move all three of my children to a different eye doctor.

  I had a great experience with my visit, the staffs were nice and welcoming. Dr Lurie took time to show and explained in layman's terms each tests. I had pleasant visit and I would definitely recommend Optical City to take care of your vision.

  So I came here because the single mom ministry at my church gave us a free back to school voucher for free prescription glasses for our kids. I thought it was such a nice place everyone was so nice and welcoming, from the front to the doctor. They’re very organized. And helped my son get his glasses for school at no cost and I even stayed and got glasses for myself . The doctor was so funny and awesome, also patient and explained everything to us. Really nice place

  Great experience. Store is clean and welcoming. They have a great selection of eye glasses and staff help you in selecting which one's look best when trying them on. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Optical City to friends. Thank you Lina. Glasses fit well and I see great!
