The customer service was excellent. The associate who helped me was extremely kind, professional, and helped me get a great discount on my glasses. The value for the price was beatable compared to other stores. I highly recommend them!

LensCrafters has officially earned the title of worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care is definitely lacking at this location and is beyond frustrating. My appointment was Aug 4, I’ve picked out and ordered my glasses with corrective lens, today is Aug 25th and I still have no glasses. When called 2nd time, I spoke with Nadi who states she has no answers as to why my glasses are not in process, she also states she will get back to me, just like the other representative stated. No phone call or follow up was ever returned. My suggestion is to replace and or educate the staff on proper customer care, accountability and most of all communication thus you will see an increase in satisfaction scores. Sharing this so others know what they may be dealing with.

I came for an eye appointment today and I have eyemed insurance with a $10 copay. The receptionist told me it would be $39 because of some pictures. I told her I refuse to take the pictures and she said we would not be able to do the exam for you today. I’ve worked at LensCrafters before at a different location. We have never forced our customers to take the pictures it’s highly recommended, but the customer has the choice at the end of the day whether or not they will like to do it. Very disappointed and felt like I was being scammed.

Very disappointed in the fact that I paid for my son to have a contact lens eye exam and then was scheduled to have him fitted for the contacts and was not told it would be an additional $100.00 for this appointment. I was the one who sat in the room and taught my son how to put in his contacts. The doctor only checked to make sure they were snug in his eyes with a light. $100.00 for me to sit there and struggle for 40 minutes to help my son learn how to put in contacts while the doctor was 20 minutes late and only shone a light in his eyes and "finalized his prescription" is ridiculous and a rip off! Especially since we already paid for a contact lens eye exam with dilation. We have been going to LensCrafters for years and will no longer be returning.

Martha was very helpful in the store. I was looking to find my glasses fixed with missing screws and not only she fixed them she changed the nose pad. Which is very kind of her and I really appreciate it from her. Will keep a lookout for new glasses in that store.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
