We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- FJFaith Johnson2 days ago2.0The doctor is great! The selection of eyewear and pricing are NOT! You are required to PAY for a one-year warranty ($39.95). Most locations include this type of warranty with their eyewear. Also, I never received a phone call that my eyeglasses were ready. I will not use this location again. Staff should take lessons in efficiency and professionalism as well.

- LWLashun WashingtonApr 19, 20264.0Dr. Schwartz was GREAT!!! He was patient and took his time during my exam. I didn't feel like I was being herded like cattle like at some other places. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. I must say I didn't appreciate having to pay my co-pay and then pay again for my glasses and lens which generated 2 3% fees because I used a CC. It would have been nicer to make 1 payment and pay 1 fee. In addition, the girl did save me $100 on my bottom line by going above and beyond to unsure that I was getting the right cost for my frames. I would definitely recommend this location.
