I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Miracle-Ear. I recently became concerned about a potential hearing loss issue, and while every ENT office I contacted had long wait times and no availability, the Miracle-Ear team welcomed me in and immediately put my mind at ease. From the moment I called, Lisa the nurse was incredibly honest, transparent, and caring. She took the time to explain what to expect during the appointment and made sure I felt informed and comfortable on every step. Her sincerity and professionalism were truly appreciated during a stressful time. Once i arrived there, Jennifer the specialist was absolutely outstanding. She was meticulous in explaining the hearing evaluation process and every test she performed. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were remarkable. What stood out most was how genuinely invested she was in helping me understand my hearing health. It was clear that she is not only highly skilled at what she does, but that she truly cares about her patients. Her kindness, compassion, and passion for her work made a lasting impression on me. If you are looking for a team that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, I highly recommend Miracle-Ear. Thank you, Lisa and Jennifer, for turning a worrying situation into such a positive experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I got one hearing aid from them and at first I was happy cuz I could hear better. However, within 2 weeks I was having a lot of pain in that ear and my ear was injured. I finally decided I have to return the hearing aid. When I did so, they refused to give me the whole amount. Even though Florida law specifically States they are not allowed to charge $150 return fee plus 5% of the $2,000 hearing aid. I'm very dissatisfied with this particular miracle ear location! And I returned it in 3 weeks.

If you have to get hearing aids, this is the best company to use and this location is the best to go to for them. I spent time checking out all kinds of them and the companies too. Everyone there is professional, kind and considerate. Jennifer, the Specialist there, helped make everything easy to understand, comfortable going through the entire process and made sure to help me get what I needed at the best possible price.
