Andrea was an excellent instructor, bringing lots of energy, motivation, and expertise to the class. She made everyone feel welcome and kept the ride challenging and fun from start to finish. The studio was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

Taking class at noon with Sam is the highlight of my week. She is a caring, knowledgeable instructor who brings different challenges to her riders every class. It has been great learning and growing with Sam. My endurance and strength have increased so much as well as my ability to do choreo! I appreciate CBSJ and I am glad to be a founding member! It is my second home!

The instructors are all awesome but Chase is my favorite.💓 Chase always brings so much energy and has the BEST playlists. To get me out of bed to workout at 5 am, it takes somebody special!🤣 I always look forward to my workouts here!

She is always upbeat. There are times I don't like her energy because I can't move my legs after her class. Lol. Thank you Sam for your great positive energy and your welcoming personality.
