  Doctor and all staff were great and very helpful and professional. My wife and I both had our eyes dilated and had an adverse reaction to the medication used which was not explained to us prior the only thing explained was the fee after I asked and how long the vision change could last. Once I stated I was not feeling good the Doctor explained the nasty taste in my mouth and illness was from the medication used. The front office staff or the consent forms should of explained better or prepared us for this possibility.

  We stopped by yesterday, because my fiance needed to replace the broken side-guards for her safety glasses! We were greeted quickly and told we would be helped soon... ...After a brief wait, an associate named, "A-a-ron" was happy to help with her problem! After a very brief wait, Aaron told us that he had 'spare' side-guards' that would fix her issue!!! Also, it wouldn't cost a cent!!! The extra side-guards were there at "NO COST"!!!

  We have been seeing Dr. Thiele for 3 years now, and continue to appreciate the great care and service provided by the entire staff! I always say this is my favorite doctor's appointment of the year because of the kindness and professionalism that is shown to our family each and every time.

  They do not care. Please, find a better place. My mother had an appointment with them, the doctor gave her hard contacts. My mother ended up scratching her eye, badly! While she was screaming in pain, I called the office to let them know there’s an emergency. My parents were on the way to get her eye checked. My mother couldn’t see out of her eye, and couldn’t open it. The receptionist tells me the doctor is on break, and he will be back in 30 mins. I asked her to call him since this is an emergency, and she kept saying we would have to wait since there’s no doctor. After 30 mins of waiting . I asked the doctor, did the receptionist call you, and he said no. His response “they don’t call me on break, unless the building is on fire.” I said “ even if this is an emergency?!” My mother had a massive scratch on her eye, and, itwas extremely irritated, and closed shut. The doctor says “this isn’t an emergency.” “You’re lucky to be seen within the hour,” This is a a warning to anyone who goes here. They DO NOT care.
