  Great experience donating at Kedplasma. The staff was friendly and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Check-in was easy, and they kept everything moving efficiently. The facility was clean, and I appreciated how attentive everyone was throughout the visit. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend it to anyone thinking about donating.

  I had an excellent experience at KEDPLASMA. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They explained every step of the donation process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The facility was very clean, organized, and well maintained. The team worked efficiently while still taking the time to treat every donor with kindness and respect. I truly appreciated how caring and attentive everyone was. I highly recommend KEDPLASMA to anyone looking to donate plasma. It was a smooth, positive experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  What an incredible waste of my time. First time plasma donar. I was told that I should eat more than a doughnut before donating, I told them I would get something to eat and come back. When asked if my ID had my current address, it does, I was told my address was "out of range" and they only take donations from people who live within 15 miles of their location. When I called them at 9:19 AM nobody answered despite hours of operation saying OPEN AT 9:00 AM on their website. They only got one star because it won't let me pick zero.

  A lot of us donate for the extra cash, in this economy. Plasma centers make more off of us than us from them. Today I was told I can not choose who will stick me, even if I am willing to wait on my time. So, I have to be subject to pain and deferral if an inexperienced person sticks me, as I have witnessed others have done to them. Also, at the screening area, the girls are chit chatting in Spanish with each other. Not very professional at all. I am bilingual myself, but if you don't want people to understand what you're saying, have the conversation in private.

  I have visited this KEDPLASMA location six times over the past month and have mixed feelings. On the positive side, the facility itself is extremely clean and well-maintained, and the majority of the current staff are exceptionally friendly with a great, positive attitude. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with the first phlebotomist I encountered; the procedure was handled so poorly that both of my arms were left heavily bruised, which forced me to delay my next donation. Thankfully, I have not seen her recently, so I am relieved that the team seems to have moved on from that issue. My only remaining concern is the manager. Whether interacting with him directly or observing from a distance, he does not reflect the same level of warmth as the rest of the team; he rarely appears happy, which creates a noticeable tension in the center. I truly appreciate the hard work of the floor staff and hope leadership can eventually match their level of professionalism and positive energy.
