  I had a really great experience at this plasma donation center! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process. Everyone was patient and made me feel comfortable, especially during my first visits. The facility was clean, organized, and the process was explained clearly. I really appreciate how the staff takes the time to make sure donors feel comfortable and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this plasma center to anyone looking for a great place to donate!

  The facility is very clean and efficient youre in and out in a timely fashion almost always even the initial intake doesnt take very long. Carrie and steve the mamagers and Yoshi and Nori the phlebotomists are great employees they always have a smile and a joke for you to brighten your day.

  The staff is awesome, they are nice and very helpful. Its a nice clean and relaxed atmosphere. Its a great place to donate plasma. I would definitely recommend donating with them any time you can

  Absolutely love this center. Hardly any waiting and they actually have a seated waited area. No standing in long lines like at other plasma centers. They actually have a good amount of staff there working too. You can tell they are well trained and taken care of. Today was my 2nd donation and both times they hardly left a mark. No bruising at all either, which is why I left Octapharma in the first place. The experience between the two is like night and day. I very highly recommend Kedplasma Spring Hill.

  I would not recommend KEDPLASMA. My man has donated plasma with another company for a long time and has never had any issues until coming here. The staff blew out his veins, which caused a lot of pain and left him feeling very sick afterward. On top of that, he was stuck there for over three hours because they kept having problems with the machine. The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If your staff isn’t properly trained or your equipment isn’t working correctly, it puts donors at risk and wastes their time. Based on this experience, we will never return. I hope KEDPLASMA takes better care in training its employees and maintaining its equipment so others don’t have to go through the same experience.
