  My first time calling about getting my hearing tested and I didn't know where to start. I called several places and it was a call center rather than the office I thought I was calling. One place I called answered but to check my hearing was $150. I tried Audibel on South Pasadena and a wonderful person answered the phone and her name is Erica. She was so helpful, kind and courteous and made me an appointment and the hearing test was free! I met with Rhonda Smith who has a magnetic personality and was able to explain everything to me and my son who came with me. The hearing aids I now wear are amazing and life changing. I had no idea what I was not hearing in conversations. I also go back so Rhonda can check my ears and see if the hearing aids are working well for me. They are working great and I love going back to have Rhonda check things. If you are looking for a place to get your hearing tested, this is the place. You will not be disappointed. Erica and Rhonda are a dynamic duo!

  Fabulous service! I brought my mom here based on great reviews and research! They did not disappoint! It is such a pleasure to have my mom hear again! The whole experience was incredible and the free appointments to keep her hearing aids continue to work properly are an extra bonus!We had to order a new case and it arrived in 2 days! We highly recommend!!!!!

  Rhonda was incredibly helpful on helping me make the best decision for my hearing. She was very patient as finding the tinnitus stimulus is a process as there isn’t a one size fits all solution. I am thrilled with the fit of the hearing aids and you can’t tell I’m wearing them! I highly recommend Audibel Pasadena! It’s a hard decision but I’m looking forward to not saying HUH every time someone speaks😄
