- KSKevin StarbuckAug 27, 20265.0Lorie Leflore is an exceptional example of how to take care of your customer. Her outstanding ability to put you at ease and navigate you through the entire hearing aid journey was amazing. Her common sense approach to helping a patient understand the benefits of the product were second to none. I highly recommend her to be your representative if you are ever in need of someone to help with your hearing challenges.
- BHBiff HaddenJul 11, 20265.0I had an emergency with my hearing aids while traveling from Columbus, Georgia down here too Fort Walton on vacation. My hearing aids are issued by the VA and I would have to go to Pensacola. In this emergency, I stopped by the miracle air store at Fort Walton, and was assisted by Mindy in the most professional and competent manner. In the future, I will send anybody I know with hearing issues to miracle ear thank you. Colonel Mayo Hadden U.S.ARMY Retired.

- BHBrian HowellJul 3, 20245.0I had a great experience at Miracle Ear in Shalimar. Margie and Mindi were very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to make educated decisions on my hearing loss. I would recommend to anyone seeking a solution to their hearing loss to make an appointment Get real insight and assistance and top of the line hearing aids, tailored to your lifestyle and hearing needs. Margie focuses on your hearing, not on a sale! Very refreshing in todays marketplace. She fit me with the product that best suited me. Thanks for all your help. Truly professional! Also as a side note, there's no way Iyana Alcivar could have had anything negative to say about Margie's demeanor or supposed rude behavior. Clearly wrong and must have been written during or slightly after the head injury.
