  Absolutely baffling experience. I went to return lenses as there was an imperfection on the left lens. I walked into the store and spoke to Kim Richardson, the manager, to return them. She had a complete outburst in the middle of the store, in front of the workers and customers. Yelling and saying that no, she will not be returning the lenses, nor giving me my money back. We were still within the 30 days money back guarantee, I once again asked to have the lenses returned, she didn't use any tools to remove them from the frame, she RIPPED THEM OFF in front of me. After that, she, while still yelling the entire time, said she didn't want me back in this store, or wanted to see my face ever again. I ordered the frames from a different company, and I don't want any damage she could have made to them cause me to be ineligible for a return to them as well. Kim Richardson is right, I will never be stepping in a Pearlevision store ever again. This is the worst experience I've ever had in a store. Ever. In my entire life.

  This is edited from my original review. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my glasses this year. The staff and doctor were genuinely friendly and attentive. When I picked them up, I discovered the prescription was incorrect and could not see properly through them. I understand mistakes happen, and I appreciated how professionally the issue was handled. Seminole Pearle Vision responded (see below) and made things right. Overall, while my experience was positive.

  I can honestly say I have never been so disappointed in a service experience in my life. Unfortunately, my eye exam was done incorrectly, which resulted in two pairs of glasses I sent in for a prescription update being made with the wrong prescription. This was not a minor inconvenience — it meant I was left without usable glasses and had to spend additional time and energy trying to correct an issue that should never have happened in the first place. I completely understand that mistakes can happen, so I scheduled a follow-up appointment in good faith to resolve the issue. However, when I arrived, I waited a full hour past my scheduled appointment time without being seen. There was little to no communication or acknowledgment of the delay. After an hour of waiting, I ultimately left and requested a refund, as it was clear that my time was not being respected. While the office did refund the cost of the eyeglasses — since they were made incorrectly — they refused to refund the cost of the exam, which was the root cause of the problem, as well as the $30 insurance fee I purchased for glasses I never received or used. This response felt dismissive and lacking accountability. Overall, the lack of accountability, poor time management, and unwillingness to fully resolve the situation left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking reliable or professional eye care.

  Avoid this location. I went in for an eye exam and the prescription they gave me was so far off that I couldn’t see properly through the lenses at all. When I brought it back, the staff acknowledged the prescription was their error, yet they refused to refund the cost of the exam, citing a blanket “we don’t refund for services” policy. So I paid full price for a service they admitted they got wrong, and walked away with glasses I can’t use. On top of that, they don’t honor appointment times. I waited over an hour past my scheduled slot to be seen, which makes booking an appointment essentially meaningless. Between the botched prescription, the refusal to make it right after admitting fault, and the disregard for scheduled appointment times, I can’t recommend them. Find an optometrist who stands behind their work. Update: they don’t us they would refund our insurance claim and then never did. Scam company !
