The instructors are phenomenal and patient and there to correct you when needed. Some are more challenging than others, so it’s nice to try different instructors to see what works best for you. Katie’s class is my favorite! The workout is great! The front office staff are knowledgeable and helpful always willing to assist, especially Brenda. They have multiple options for membership as well and offer classes to purchase for those who just don’t want memberships, like me.
