  Total therapy is very effective in rehabilitating muscles and increasing range of motion. My personal experience has been fantastic working with Catherine, Isaac, and Danielle. They are all very knowledgeable, listen to your concerns, and execute a very effective program to meet your personal goals.

  After a complete hysterectomy, Catherine has been a God send in helping my recovery. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable with pelvic floor therapy and helping train my body to adapt. I feel confident in my exercise with her help and know that I am doing what I need to do to stay active and healthy. I highly recommend going to see Catherine or Danielle for help with pelvic floor health at Total Therapy Florida, Sarasota. You won’t regret it!

  Outstanding, professional staff, very detail oriented and experienced. Front desk manager is very organized, professional, and knowledgeable. All PT team members are very knowledgeable and customer focused! Will absolutely refer to our friends and neighbors.

  Total Therapy is by far the best PT office I have been to in Florida. The Front Desk staff is so friendly and professional. They have great systems set in place to remind you of appointments. What I love is that each appointment is with a specific therapist who does not leave your side. I also love that it is big enough to have the right equipment but not too big that you get lost. My therapist Isak is Amazing. He is the best PT I have ever had. I went through four in this area before finding him and this office. He knows his stuff and concentrates very hard on creating a program that will take care of the issue. He is also kind and caring And has a great sense of humor. I am so grateful I found him and encourage anyone experiencing pain and in need of orthopedic Physical Therapy to come here!

From the very first appointment, it was clear that he is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but also genuinely cares about the people he works with. He takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire recovery process. What sets Dr. Isaac apart is his combination of expertise and personality. He's professional, compassionate, encouraging, and simply a great guy. His positive attitude and ability to connect with people make every session something you actually look forward to. He creates an environment where you feel supported, motivated, and confident that you're in the best possible hands. I am extremely grateful for his help and guidance. If you're looking for a physical therapist who is outstanding at what he does and an all-around wonderful person, I cannot recommend Dr. Isaac highly enough.
