  I would highly recommend the Total Therapy Florida - Sarasota team for your therapy. I have been going to them the past 6 weeks for therapy on my neck and shoulders and they have done a great job increasing my flexibility and helping to reduce my pain. The facility has all the apparatus needed and the team is very experienced and personable.

  Catherine, Danielle , Isak are the 3 Therapists I used, they are incredible. Also Amy the patient coordinator sets you up for your sessions, Amy is very efficient. Total Therapy switches Therapists each session ,so you use all there specialist, which gives you the total Expert Team approach.

  Total therapy is very effective in rehabilitating muscles and increasing range of motion. My personal experience has been fantastic working with Catherine, Isaac, and Danielle. They are all very knowledgeable, listen to your concerns, and execute a very effective program to meet your personal goals.
