  Had such a great experience at Neuage. I took my mom and dad in to get an IV. It was exactly what they needed. The place is super clean and relaxing, and everyone there was so friendly and professional. They made them feel comfortable the whole time and explained everything really well. They left feeling refreshed, hydrated, and full of energy. Definitely recommend checking them out — I’ll for sure be back!

  Do not go to this clinic! Not only do they not disclose where they get thier "peptides" and HRT meds, I believe they are dispensing in violation to Florida Laws. Do your homework and research. There is no doctor on site EVER! he is Dr Donat Christopher Main "Osteopath surgen out of michigan and is a "ghost doctor", and another out of Indiana. I was coming to this clinic for 8 months when they abruptly changed their nursing staff in April/May 2026. Until then I had qualtiy care from experienced RN's who treated me with respect, treated my symptoms and didn't force thier own Idology and experiences on me. The replacement "PA Despina Frazetta is aggressive and forceful in her approach, attempted to force "What worked for her" as my treatment plan, and albeit,this might work for some who are not advocates for their own health and don't question protocols, but when I asked questions and caught her in a misdiagnosis and improper protocol for my labs while on the phone with the doctor with my husband present as a witness, they abandoned me as a patient and told me I was not a fit for thier clinic. ALL this in the middle of treatment without referrals, without medicine that I paid for and refused to release my medical records including all charting notes and full medical dosages. I was supposed to have my labs done and when I presented the day of my appointment , they forced a phone call with the DR. who "oversees" the clinic. I asked when I was supposed to suspend my routine dosage of HRT before my labs? the PA told me to skip an entire dosage which would have put me 9 days without meds prior to labs which didn;t make sense to me to get accurate labs, so I asked the Dr on the phone and he said 2-3 days max. Thankfully I know how to research and adovate for myself, and dosed myself anyway and therefore was accurate in my timing. I was then accused by the staff of not adhereing to protocol. The PA refused to address my low estorgen and only wanted to focus on my Testosteron number, demanding I cut my dose in half. I tried to explain this would not only leave me in tremndous pain, andd currently my Testosterone was 1/3 of what it used to be on pellet therapy. She refused, tried to sell me other products from the clinic and told me what worked for her as she is 8 months "postpartum". PA Despina Frazetta 's "overseing Dr" for this clinic is somone completely different Dr. Jason Medler out of Indiana and he just obtained his "florida license" in Jan 2026. Just go down the rabbit hole like I did. They do not know what they are doing! go onto the FLDOH and look up thier information and you will find out for yourself, NO doctor is Physically at this clinic EVER which means they are dispensing controlled substances with out proper licensing. this is just the tip of the iceburg. Brittnay Boleska is at the helm of this poorly run offce as the general manager, perpetuated this aggressive attitude when their was a staff change. she has No healthcare, staff management or clincal experience which is redily displayed in her Unprofessionalism. Brittnay Boleska has no understanding of qualtiy care or patient/client retention. I advise to go elsewhere. imporper dispensinging of medications, punitive paiteint abandonement, billing integrity/Ledger Manipulation, "ghost doctors" across state lines, hostile environment and breach of patient privacy, Reckless perscribing and disregard for patient safety, withholding of perscription medications, management harrassemtn and retaliation over financial reimbursement, lastly some of these reviews are made by the spouses of staff and staff themselves.

  I don’t have enough good things to say about this place to really capture how grateful I am to have found it. The office is a vibe and the staff is amazing. Their manager was great, so friendly and so chill just as the entire staff was. I had my appointment with Despina, who knew exactly what I needed to get my squared away. She was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable and now I feel better than I’ve felt in years. Absolutely amazing professional. Every clinic should have their own Despina on staff!

  Blown away by the care and knowledge of the staff, especially Despina! You need to experience it for yourself! If you are feeling “off” or experiencing something internally, I highly recommend going to NEUAGE! They will help identify what is going on internally that is coming out externally in your body! Thanks for helping me get back on track and feeling better than before!

She sat down with me and went through my lab work line by line, explaining every detail with patience and clarity. For the first time, I feel like someone is actually getting to the root of my problems rather than just treating symptoms. She is thorough, compassionate, and truly listens. If you’ve been struggling to find answers, I cannot recommend Lauren and NeuAge House and wellness enough!
