Throughout that time, the entire team has consistently been professional, courteous, and welcoming. Navigating VA referrals and authorizations can be complicated at times, but the staff has always gone above and beyond to assist with scheduling and communication, and to ensure I have a positive experience during my visits. When I am able to attend treatment consistently, I appreciate the care, attention, and support provided by the clinic. The staff takes the time to listen, answer questions, and treat patients with respect and kindness. I am encouraged by the relationship we have built over the years and look forward to continuing to work together as a team.
