The screw came off one arm of my shades and I walked in to get it fixed. Not only was it fixed right away, it was for no cost! Great business. Thank you!

The staff was quite welcoming and knowledgeable.
One of the associates intervened to ensure the frames were positioned correctly on my husband’s face to ensure the lenses would align properly.

I had a less than pleasant experience returning a pair of glasses to this location yesterday evening. I have been using LensCrafters for my frames and lenses for at least the last 15 years and have never been treated the way I was last night.
I purchased my frames/lenses at the UTC mall location as that is where I happened to be and they do tend to have a larger selection, however this location is closer to my home. I was also told when I picked them up that if I was not happy with them I had 30 days to return at any location. I was told that they "prefer" to have the return done at the location that they were purchased from. I was asked why I was returning them and I told the sales lady that I just wasn't happy with the style and would like to just keep the ones I currently had for now. Upon doing my return she asked me again why I was returning them as there was a drop down with specific answers. Now I have been in customer service for many years and knowing why I was initially returning them, I would assume she would have chosen the best option based on my response, but her words were "this isn't just t-shirt and shorts options" which I found to be a unprofessional response. I had used 2 forms of payment, cash and credit card. Normally if you do not have cash that is something you'd mention before doing the actual return in case the customer needed the cash back. Instead I was met with, you paid two different ways? Yes, I paid cash and credit card. Her response to me was "well I don't have cash. Ok, no big deal, can it be put back on a credit card?" Her response to me was "I don't know you'll have to see." During this time she had mentioned to me twice that they definitely don't have cash to give me. After the return was completed, I thanked her and she told me she was glad that I knew they were there so next time I didn't have to go to UTC. I have known this location has existed for many years! In fact I used to see the eye doctor that resides in their location!
Ultimately, I felt this whole experience was extremely unprofessional and could have been dealt in a more professional manner.

Maureen was most helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained the technology of the 'room distance' progressives, listened to what I needed, and found the perfect frame for my face- also taking into account my 'high' prescription, so the lenses would look good. I was looking for a specific color frame for a wedding, and she was most patient showing me the options. Her expertise is much appreciated.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
