  Trying to get on track and eat right to lose weight. Stopped at this GNC to check out the supplements and meal replacement shakes and Scott was unbelievable. He provided excellent customer service, never making me feel subconscious about my weight nor about my ability to lose the weight. I explained that my debit card had been compromised so I had limited funds to spend today, and at no time did he cut his assistance short. Instead he offered additional options that might help my budget and to consider on my next visit. But most impressive was his attention to detail. In speaking with him, I told him I wanted 6 of the individual shake packets. I took them to the register and while Chris was ringing me up, Scott noticed I got 7 packets and rather than letting it go, he pointed out that I had 7 packets and I had mentioned 6, asking if I wanted the 7th. Based on my financial predicament, I did not want the 7th one and I appreciated Scott recalling our conversation, and taking the time to bring it to my attention. I recently moved down the street but do most of my business in Bradenton, but I will be doing all of my GNC business at this GNC location. Thank you Scott for empowering me and motivating me to remain steadfast in my quest to lose weight by simply showing an interest in my desire to do so and sharing your wealth of information on how those items of interest could help me get there. I’ll be back.
