Everyone is so kind, supportive, and helpful. I got into an accident a year and a half ago and started club pilates. Ever since I started working out here my back has improved so much! The workout was intense, but I wasn't dripping with sweat or burdened with sore muscles the next day. The instructor, Kelly, was totally engaged to make sure I was doing the movements correctly for full impact, but also safely. The studio was clean and comfortable, and the water was delicious! I can't wait to go back!
