  The technician was very knowledgeable and persistent in making sure I received the proper fit for my hearing needs. After several fittings with different devices selected to match those needs, we finally found the one that worked best for me. My recommendation is to spend some time with Dalton at Audibel, ask your questions, discuss your concerns, and allow him to help find the right hearing solution for you. Phil Esposito was right when he said they are better for "listening to my wife"!

  I was referred by my insurance company. They have certain hearing aids they allow. Audibel didn't bother to look at those. Tried to upsell my by thousands without using my insurance. When I said I wanted to options from insurance. He said he would order it and call me when in. He didn't tell me which aid I was getting. I contacted insurance and am going to another provider.

  I couldn't have asked for a better team for my first hearing aids. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to answer all my questions and guided me every step of the way.

  The service provided by the audiologist was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional & personable! This individual patiently answered all of our questions. The receptionist was also polite & courteous!
