- DDDeborah Anne (Deb.)6 days ago5.0I give Audibel a “10” if they had that rating! I was a new patient today at the Sarasota office off of Clark Rd. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Rachel. A very pleasant, friendly and professional young lady behind the desk. Asked me if I wanted any coffee or water. Water was bottled and nicely cold. The atmosphere of the office is clean, organized with educational material. I was 15 minutes early and filled out all my paperwork online prior to my appointment. I was next seen by “Joey” who tested my earring. I am a former Family Nurse Practitioner. Overall my hearing was tested so unbelievably done with in-depth testing. Scoped my ears so I could see my eardrums on a big screen! Hearing tested, Audible, Mastoid bone testing ( behind your ear ). Overall experience was incredible! Very impressive! Joey was professional, a good listener, used good eye contact, patient, proficient and knowledgeable! I felt I was really in good hands! I left feeling really happy, and will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors! Thank you!
