I bought a pair of Meta AI glasses needed a reader prescription put in the lens. They told me they couldn’t do that which is fine. I needed an appointment for an eye exam $120. And $610 for a reader prescription in my AI glasses. None of this bothered me. I was given an appointment at 2:20 at 3:15. I was told there were still three people in front of me to get my eye exam. I don’t know why people over promise and under deliver. Just be honest !!!!!
