These were frames that were not purchased at LensCrafters. However, Melissa not only went out of her way to find possible solutions within the LensCrafters items available, but when no immediate viable solution was found, Melissa went out of her way to try to correct the problem with the frame. Short version, frames were straightened, vision restored, Cruise saved. Kudos to Melissa for going above and beyond and thinking outside the box. Fantastic customer service at its finest.
