  I've been to 4 different plasma centers and this one is my favorite but it also does unique things that I hate. I hate the 1 hour+ mandatory video to enroll in the whole process, but that being said it taught me a couple things no other center did. I wish it were shorter tho...the 2nd thing I hate is that all because I took two medication and not one, and neither were in the banned list and were simple entry lvl dose mood prescriptions they refused to let me donate. A rude staff member made me wait 3+ months before I could actually donate when I got my DRs permission to donate within weeks of having to ask for his permission. That kind of lack of efficiency and unnecessarily strict gate keeping REALLY upset me because I am 36 years old, more fit than most donors, was taking innocent low dose Sertraline/Bupropion and was prevented from donating for 3 whole months for nonsense beurocratic reasons. I had to report it to the proper staff members at HQ to fix the problem. It really upset me how that one staff member there that was rude to me turned me away repeatedly and kept saying my last name to me on the phone in a condescending demeaning way, saying my name like a weapon, a coded way to insult me. I hated her. She was telling me there is nothing she can do to help but in reality she didn't want to be bothered. Anyway. The rest of the staff are exceptionally nice and skilled. No complaints about the rest of the staff. In fact outside of my experience with that one awful lady and the wait time for video and permission to donate this is the best plasma center I've been to out of 4 different ones.

  My brother referred my wife to this place and she forgot to say that my brother referred her in the first consultation so before she left she let the staff know and they refused to pay my brother the referral bonus. She won’t be coming back and me ether. They lost two donors plus the people I was about to refer.
