They worked with me when other centers wouldn't. I feel like they listen to you and treat you more like a person more than just like a number which I feel their competition tend to do so. That's why I take my business there . I would highly recommend KED PLASMA over the other donation centers. I do appreciate them being that way.

I’ve donated plasma at this location several times, and the check-in process has always been smooth. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. During my donation, one of the phlebotomists inserted the needle too far into my vein. I’m currently in nursing school (LPN), so I recognized something wasn’t right. I let her know the needle was too far in, and she attempted to adjust it, but by that point the damage had already been done. Every time the machine cycled to return my blood, my arm started stinging so badly it felt like it was on fire. Another staff member came over and told me my options were either to be stuck again or end the donation early. I declined being stuck a second time because this is one of my best veins, and after what had just happened, I didn’t feel comfortable letting them try again. She looked at my other arm and even said my veins there were too small. What disappointed me the most was being told that if I stopped the donation because of their mistake, I wouldn’t receive my full payment. I don’t think that’s fair. This wasn’t something I caused—it happened because the needle was inserted incorrectly. I understand that mistakes happen, but when a mistake is made by the staff, the company should take responsibility instead of expecting the donor to deal with the consequences. To make matters worse, I was only paid $35 even though I was already 70% complete out of the 100% donation process. I don’t understand how it’s fair for me to lose part of my payment when the reason I couldn’t complete the donation was because of an issue caused by the staff. After an experience like this, why would I want to come back? I left in pain, frustrated, and disappointed with how the situation was handled. I hope management addresses this and ensures staff are properly trained so other donors don’t have to go through the same experience. To fallow up a week later I am following up regarding an incident I had at this plasma center. Since the incident, I have attempted to contact the center multiple times, calling at least three times a day, because I want to speak with the center director and obtain the regional manager’s contact information so I can properly escalate my complaint. Each time I call, I am asked why I need to speak with the director. After explaining my reason, I am either told that she is not available, that she is busy, or I am placed on hold for extended periods of time. On one occasion, I waited on hold for approximately 30 minutes before having to end the call. When I called back, I was again told she was unavailable. I was under the impression that she was present at the center during that time, which made me feel like my concerns were not being taken seriously. I was originally directed to submit my complaint online, which I did, but it has now been almost a week with no response or follow-up. My concern is bigger than just my personal experience. Plasma donation is important, and many people rely on the compensation they receive. That is why I feel it is important to speak up when donors do not feel respected or heard. I donated because I wanted extra credit for my classes, but many people donate because they genuinely need this money. A company that profits from plasma donations should prioritize donor safety, communication, and accountability. I am not asking for anything unreasonable — I simply want my concerns addressed and to have access to the proper person who can handle my complaint.

One of the best. Eveytime I go in there they are nice clean and welcoming. During working hour's. They make sure they clean the equipment and change the gloves for each customer. Have yet to have an issue with the staff or company. Thank you for all you do.

If i can go lower than zero stars ? I would .. this spot is super unprofessional, they’re slow and don’t care for donors, not only that, but some people don’t know how to properly stick, i had several occasions where they sit me down, and im waiting to get stuck for like 30 minutes.. when i finally get stuck, it hurts so much they don’t even take their time. I had 2 occasions where i even caught hematoma…. If you’re reading this … please go to another location, this location doesn’t keep up with cleanliness and is super unprofessional. I give this -5 stars … below zero … negative .

Very unprofessional…they let inexperience people stick you , everyday there’s someone getting sent home because the worker stuck you wrong …then they defer you on top of that. They let people who use heavy drugs come and donate …I’ll be scared if I was the person receiving plasma products …10 OUT of 10 would NOT recommend!!
