The AHT Hearing Office is a top notch place to receive support and assistance for hearing loss issues. Lauren Laney, the hearing aid specialist, is compassionate, knowledgeable and very professional. She serves with a deep care, respect, and knowledge. I can’t speak highly enough about how she and her staff have treated me over the last 4 years every time I needed something. Her support team is also top tier. Hearing concerns are frequently stressful and I always have come away from see Lauren feeling relieved and calm. She see you! She understands you. She is The Best! If you ever need to see someone about your hearing loss issues, she Lauren Laney!!

I took my mother (a former Seminole County Teacher) here to test her hearing and figure out why her hearing aids (over the counter) were not helping. The experience was amazing. The receptionist was very pleasant and patient with everyone on the phone and in person, from what I witnessed. Our Specialist, Lauren was extremely thorough, caring and patient. She made sure my mother was very comfortable with how to use her new hearing ads in the App and how to wear them properly. She made every step simple for both of us. I can not say enough good things about our neighborhood hearing specialist. It was an added treat to meet her mother on both of our visit. I like supporting family businesses in my neighborhood when I can. @LaurenLaney many thanks, to you and your staff for making a difference.

I highly recommend this place! Lisa is so patient and so knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly and really cares about her clients. She has helped both me and my 9 year old son identify and deal with our hearing issues.
