We had a really good time having a great conversation with him and he helped me out with everything that I needed. They definitely had a lot of the product in stock that I wanted. I will definitely be back to shop there because of him.

I went in to purchase some supplements and was apparently signed up for a GNC PRO ACCESS membership without being made aware that I was enrolling in a membership. I was not clearly told that I was signing up for a paid membership, nor was it made clear that I was being charged for it. I only noticed it afterward when I looked closely at my receipt. That is absolutely unacceptable. If you’re going to charge customers for a membership, you need to clearly tell them what they’re agreeing to and what they’re being charged for. Customers shouldn’t have to inspect their receipts afterward to discover they’ve been enrolled in something they didn’t knowingly ask for. I’m extremely frustrated and will think twice before shopping at GNC again. Be careful and check your receipt before leaving the store. I will never go back to GNC and will be finding a new store. This is not the first time they tried to persuade me into something I did not want to do.
