I have always wanted to try Pilates but found it to be cost prohibitive. This free 30 minute introduction was perfect. The instructors, Leah and Melanie, were attentive and encouraging. I never felt like my time was being wasted. Although brief the session gave me a clear idea of what is involved and whether it is something I would like to pursue. I appreciate the flexibility of classes and the fact I have several options as far as membership. I have booked 3 more classes and am excited to learn more!

Cannot say enough good things about the instructors at this location. They keep it interesting and I always get a great workout- I have improved my upper body strength and my core as well as my overall balance has improved. Seems to be under new management as well and I am very grateful to be able to come here on a regular basis.

I waited to leave this review after being a member for a few months to make sure I’d stick with it and to get a better feel for the instructors, etc. But I have found the perfect exercise for me that I actually look forward to. Partially because you get to lie down! 🤣 But mainly because of the instructors.
It takes a few weeks to get used to responding to the very detailed verbal cues without looking to see what others are doing (don’t do that!), so be patient if you’re a visual learner like I am. Also, the waitlists can seem discouraging, but I have always managed to get into my preferred class times. It helps to get the unlimited class membership because you can book out further.
The instructors I am most familiar with, Maura, Stacey, and Leah, all have very different styles, but I love them all. They will make sure you’re following the proper form (Maura actually has eyes in the back of her head), and you’re guaranteed to do something new in every single class, which keeps things interesting. Music is always on point, and the overall vibe is friendly and warm. Folks always seem to leave smiling.
I’ve been a member for 5 months, and I feel 20 years younger and can do things I haven’t been able to do since my 30s. If you’re on the fence, do eet! Highly recommend!
