  Everyone here was super friendly. Skip did an awesome job of explaining everything to me and they were able to order me a pair of hearing aids that fit my budget.

  Sister was visiting and had trouble with her hearing aid and Kristie was awesome to help! Great customer service and very friendly. Definitely would go back. 👍

  Skip Daugherty should not be allowed to work with the public. I went with my husband to his appointment today and was shocked how my husband was treated. I sat quietly and listened to Skip yelled at him about how he was going to do the hearing test and for not cleaning his hearing aids properly. He yelled at him!! He said that my husband was bitching when he tried to explain why he was there. He wouldn’t even listen to my husband when he was trying to tell him that he wanted the hearing aids turned up in the program so he wouldn’t have to adjust the volume every time he puts them in. This is the worst pathetic behavior I’ve ever seen in a professional office. He shoved his hearing aids at him gave him his phone and told us to leave. He Kicked us out of the office. Because he couldn’t keep his cool and lost his temper. I would not recommend him or anyone else at this location. I would also like to say that he looked right at me in the face and asked me if I knew how severe his hearing loss is? I thought that was extremely rude after all I live with him. I’m with him every day. Every time he has been to AudioNova he comes home and says that they didn’t make any changes to his hearing aids. So I went with this time and observed. I’m appalled by what I witnessed. Skip was yelling at my husband about how he has diabetes and that he has to take a shot in the belly and he is demonstrating giving the shot. I know this is so unprofessional and I would feel terrible if I didn’t share this with everyone I know. I certainly wouldn’t want my father or mother anyone else to be treated this way. UPDATE UPDATE!!!!! MY husband went to American Medical Hearing Center in Palm Coast. The hearing aids that Skip worked on were programmed in the wrong EARS. The microphones were completely plugged Skip didn’t even look at them. In all of 5 minutes at American Medical Hearing Center my husband could hear better and clearer than he has wasting his time at Audio Nova in St Augustine. For 2 years. I hope after reading this you won’t waste your time with Skip Daugherty. He obviously knows nothing about hearing Aids.

  Kelly was fantastic to fit me in on her schedule to fix my hearing aides that another hearing specialist totally screwed up my hearing aides. She was wonderful.
