- MBM BMar 25, 20221.0Front staff was the only issue I had with. The rest of the team was super helpful. I overheard the lady Making phone calls to patients and she was really rude. Really disappointed with the front lady since customer service is all about providing the best service to the people.

I entered the operating room for a chlazion removal. Doctor Naft was cordial, began by introducing himself, and explained the surgical process. Made me feel very comfortable. He answered my questions, which was great, very competent. One of his assistance in the operating room seemed nervous. I thought she needed some time to perfect her listening skills and more practice before working with patients and also her personality was nonchalant could improve her professionalism. As I checked out the ladies were very helpful at the desk. I wasnt provided instructions on how to care for the eye before I left that would have been a courtesy.Doctor Haft Overall great experience.
