  This has been the best experience I’ve had with a PCP. The clinic is clean and tidy and staff is incredibly friendly. I’m always in and out in less than an hour.

  This is a difficult review to write because Dr. Soriano is genuinely one of the best doctors I’ve ever worked with. The care I’ve received from him directly has been excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with the administrative side of the practice has been repeatedly frustrating enough that I think potential patients should be aware of. The pattern has not been the medical care itself, but getting basic administrative issues resolved. One billing mistake took over three weeks and more than ten contacts to the office before it was finally refunded. A prior authorization issue for a prescription took about two weeks and six contacts to resolve. My current issue has been even more frustrating. A prescription refill was ordered on March 31, and as of now, Friday, June 5 I still do not have it. I have had to call the pharmacy and insurance company myself multiple times, then relay the information back to the office. This is despite the office being contacted by these entities multiple times directly, and me asking the office multiple times to contact them directly. I was finally contacted by the office, and after I explained what the issue was they assured me the issue would be corrected and the prescription resent. It was denied again. I called the pharmacy and insurance company again to find the prescription was re-sent with no corrections. Since then I have had difficulty getting a response from the office. I want to be fair: Dr. Soriano’s actual care has undeniably been excellent, and that is the reason I have stayed with the practice. But the administrative follow-through has created major headaches. For me, the quality of care is a five star experience, but the administrative experience has felt consistently 1-star. Update: Shortly after posting this review, I was contacted after hours by the office. They provided additional clarification, submitted an appeal, and as of June 9, they are reporting that the medication has been approved. I’m glad the issue appears to be resolved, but the communication issues leading up to it were still very real.

  I’ve been here a couple of times now, and both visits have been great. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. They take the time to listen and answer questions, which I really appreciate. I’d definitely recommend this practice.

  Ginia at front desk is fantastic! Ten Stars! Always professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and efficient. Lody (medical assistant) is absolutely the Best! Very thorough going over all medical records and detailed advice for me on comprehensive exercise and wellness program including importance of Cardio and Strength training. Dr. Vanessa is incredible. She has attention to detail with all my overall health and medical needs and always provides positive reinforcement to encourage me to keep up the good work. My hat’s off to Ginia, Lody and Dr. Vanessa. Ten Stars all the Way! ⭐️

  Lody was a pleasure to have as my phlebotomist this morning. Very patient and pleasant got the IV in place no problems and I am a very difficult patient since I am always nervous. The room for the infusion was very clean comfortable and relaxing. I will be returning
