  This was my first time at this location. I previously seen Dr. Barazi, in the Palm Bay location and he has always been friendly, personable, and takes time with every patient. He listens to, concerns an address’s them explaining the cause and care treatment. I had the pleasure of having Kevin, the hygienist perform my cleaning. Kevin was very gentle, and personable. He asked how I was feeling during the process which made the experience smoother. The entire staff was friendly. Denise

  Very positive experience with dental hygienist Kevin who was very thorough with his cleaning procedure. Likewise, I appreciated Dr. Panol and staff for being available for questions. It was a pleasure to get to know all of them. Thank you and see you next time....Richard.

  Waited over 30 minutes for scheduled appointment. No acknowledgement. Finely requested to reschedule. No apologies, very indifferent.. Was uable to have the cleaning i had sceduled for 6 monthe and took time off work to attend. Very disrespectful of other's time and poor management and staff.

  On Tuesday I had an appointment at 10am. I am not a new patient. I waited 10 minutes past my appointment time to get called back which normally wouldn't bother me but they keep the waiting area 80+ degrees and it was making me cranky. I also have dentist anxiety even though I was just going in for a cleaning. The gentlemen who brought me back was nice but he was not the one cleaning my teeth. From the moment I sat in the chair I just felt a sense of awkwardness. After sitting there for another 10+ minutes the lady who was going to clean my teeth came behind me, not next to me, to introduce herself. I did not even see her face as we were communicating. She asked me how I was and I said I'm good how are you? She said "oh I am having a panic attack right now" I'm sorry, what? I don't believe you are supposed to tell a patient, who's mouth you are about to work on and put tools in, who has anxiety already, that you are having a panic attack. From someone who knows what panic attacks are and feels like, I don't think you should be working on people's mouths like that. So I asked, and you're going to be working on my mouth like that?, and she says yes. Then she proceeds to say it looks like I need updated xrays and leaves the room. I have read other comments who have wrote the same thing, patients info is not read before they go in so nothing is prepared or ready for the patient. It just felt so unorganized. After sitting there for another 10+ minutes waiting for the lady to do whatever it was that she was doing, she did not tell me why she was leaving or what she was doing, I just got up and went to the front desk and blurted out that I had an emergency and needed to pick up my kid. I told a small fib because I just wanted to run the heck out of there. Yes I could of explained that I didn't want that particular lady working on my mouth but at this point with my anxiety and all the unnecessary waiting, I did not want to be in that building any longer. Needless to say, myself, husband and kids will no longer be coming to this office because I don't want any of my families mouths being worked on by hygienists who are having panic attacks.
