  Very unprofessional, I had to clean up appointment at the dentist office. They tried to figure out my insurance information. Couldn’t figure it out that day so I called them three times to figure out my insurance information once again before my appointment for my root canal I get to my appointment for my root canal and they try to tell me my insurance is canceled, which is completely wrong cause I’ve called my insurance myself and it is valid, basically waisted my time I will no longer be back . Work on getting people’s insurance in before their appointments.

  It was a good service as far as.the cleaning and the receptionist ladies, very nice and friendly but as far as the Dentist I.still couldn't tell you her name. She came in to the room didn't even bother to introduce herself , still don't know who she is or even her name she was very unfriendly just checked me and said do you have any questions?. I went there because I wanted my front tooth fixed and instead I got a cleaning for me and my son and no tooth fixed, but then after she checked me she said I needed a crown and when I went to the front desk the lady tells me her recommendation was to do a crown on both of my front teeth when the other tooth is a healthy tooth. This place is crazy I get the part of the esthetic or the way the 1 tooth would look over the other one but at the end of the day that should be my choice. I called my dentist back in Utah ans he said he would of tried to fixed the tooth and then after if it didn't work then talk about the crown or crowns and why. The fact that the receptionist had to explain all of this instead of the dentist lady is an absolute joke. I will not go back there and will be finding a better dentist. This was not a good experience at all and I wouldn't trust this dentist at all when I went there to.fix my tooth and came out with a proposed bill after insurance for 2 crowns close to $1,100 this place is crazy.

  Appointment always starts on time and its easy to schedule. Friendly staff.

  No one likes going to the dentist besides my niece, however this was by far the best experience I've had in 42yrs. They definitely made sure I was comfortable & in good hands.
