I originally came in to get the glasses I had purchased in New York adjusted, but the experience was so great that I ended up buying another pair as well. The staff took their time, answered all of my questions, and made me feel valued instead of rushed. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely come back for my future glasses needs!
- NMNicole Marie5 days ago1.0I went to try and get new glasses at this location because it’s close to my house, but I’m not sure what was worse — the rudeness I was met with or the complete lack of customer service. I ended up leaving and going to Visionworks instead. If you’re looking to get glasses, do yourself a favor and go to Visionworks. The staff there was friendly, helpful, and created a great atmosphere. I was able to find the perfect pair of glasses with no issues.
