- JSJay Siegel3 days ago1.0The doctors was great the people who sell the glasses the lady was so rude no help what so ever never have I not had someone come over to help pick out lenses and then she tried to scam me with my insurance saying I need to pay more then what the doctors side said I could afford run away from this place I walked out and won’t be back and its a shame because the doctor was great!!

From the moment I arrived until the time I left, the employee assisting me came across as rude and unwelcoming. I tried to remain polite throughout the visit, but I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer. The eye exam itself was fine, but customer service is a major part of the overall experience. I hope management addresses how customers are treated, because no one should leave feeling disrespected after spending their time and money at a business. This is my first and last visit.
