  I waited a week to get in to see an audiologist for my hearing. I made the appointment with a nice lady on the phone, gave her all of the information that she asked for and set the appointment for today at 2.30. Gave her my email address so that I could pre register, it never came to my In box, spam or any other filter on my email. No problem. When I woke this morning not feeling well, it was too early to call so I responded to the same text that I confirmed my appointment on. Then I read that I need to call them to cancel. I said that I would just go. I go and they tell my that I wanted to reschedule. I said I did send you that text but no one responded,so I should up at my appointment. The lady who was originally so nice, turned into a Karen insisted that she responded to my text, with a text. I showed her my text and she said that I must have erased it by mistake. I said, really? It says that you take walk-ins so why do I need to make an appointment? She replied, because you do! Terrible business attitude! I said thanks but no thanks!

  Everyone was super friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me so much information. The office is very clean and a great location.

  My experience with testing my hearing, cleaning and programming my hearing instrument was incredible. Christian was professional courteous and listened to my issues. I will be back in whenever I need new instruments or service. My wife and I were treated with dignity and respect.

  I would like to say a big thank you to Christian for the excellent visit I had on June 3. He took the time to really listen to me and took the time to address all of my concerns. I appreciate him for his wonderful work attitude. Best checkup ever! The entire staff was pleasant and welcoming. Thank you all!
