  Very enjoyable experience, even though I wasn’t looking forward to a hearing aid. Very relaxed atmosphere with Stephanie, very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have concerning hearing aids plus the qualities for each one I went home the same day with a loaner until mine came in and she did all the adjustments online and had me download the app to my phone so I can mske adjustments on my own and said she was always there if I had any questions. When I walked out of her office, I can actually hear things that I had never heard before. I highly recommend her.

  My husband first saw Stephanie while wearing his old hearing aides. She was very helpful and caring. His old hearing aides never really fit him well and he was never able to retain them in his ears well. She was patient with him and tried to help with the old ones but quite frankly we were sold( by another company) what we were told was top of the line and they never were! After time and trust with Stephanie she said she had a new hearing aide that could help when and if we were ready to try. There was never any pressure ..it was obvious she was trying to help and she knew that these Phonak hearing aides would make a huge difference in our lives!! She was so right!! My husband is hearing like never before!! We can have conversations without constantly repeating. The is no issue of retaining in his ears.. We are so thankful that Stephanie suggested we just try them.. If you need hearing aides and you want an honest, caring person to work with and that listens to your needs this is where you need to be and Stephanie is who you want to see!
