The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, facilities are clean and well kept, and there is a huge variety of machines and equipment. We ended up settling at a different gym though because of the limited hours. But I was very impresed with this gym. It would be perfect for anyone looking for a less crowded and more personal facility if the hours lined up with your schedule. Thanks!

There was ZERO pressure, a great experience. We will be joining. It was clean and had everything we were looking for.

When I stopped in, Andrew was very kind and explained the equipment offered, the group classes offered to members, and answered all of my questions. He was kind, held great conversation, and made a wonderful first impression for the gym! I look forward to my first workout at this location. Thank you.
