  Bill is always so helpful! As an OT in the area, I regularly refer my patients to him because I know they'll be well taken care of. He's a very knowledgeable ATP and is always willing to answer questions, offer recommendations, and help find the right equipment for each patient. It's great having someone like Bill as a resource in our community. I highly recommend Medical Department Store!

  The people at this store are awesome and extremely professional. They helped us pick out the right lift chair and shower chair for us. The delivery people were impressive also. They hooked up the chair and made sure we knew how to use it. They showed us every feature of the chair even some we didn’t know the chair had! Big bonus!!! If you want quality equipment and above and beyond service use this store.
