I've had 5 different instructors so far and they are all kind, patient, knowledgable and willing to help everyone individually while still teaching the entire class. I've only been going for 2 weeks and can already notice a change in my posture, flexibility, muscles and my lower back injury hasn't been giving me any trouble at all. Pilates really is for everyone and deciding to join has been the best decision I've made in a long time. Only regret is that I didn't find it sooner! Go. Try it. You won't regret it!
