  Just recidivous, making cancellations so time consuming, just holding on a line for hours in case you change your mind. Disgusting service

  The worst gym I have ever had a subscription with. I tried to cancel my membership multiple times, but even six months after canceling, they are still calling me and asking me to pay an outstanding balance—even though I already paid multiple times toward the balance. They advertise a $10/month membership, but my experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. The customer service has been terrible, and I would never recommend this gym to anyone. Stay away from this $10/month scam and save yourself the headache.

  I’ve been a loyal YouFit member at the South Pompano location since 2020, and I’ve always had a great experience. What stands out most is their excellent customer service and how much they truly value their members. At one point, I considered leaving, but the team personally reached out, listened to my concerns, and made me feel genuinely appreciated. That experience reminded me why I’ve stayed with YouFit for so many years. The staff and management are amazing, welcoming, professional, and always helpful. Liz is amazing! I’m proud to be part of the YouFit family and especially the South Pompano community. I highly recommend YouFit South Pompano to anyone looking for a great gym, a welcoming environment, and outstanding customer care.

  All of the staff that i met so far are very professional, friendly and willing to help. So glad i joined. I have a very cool trainer named Andrew he pushes me far more then i thought i could go but with care and concern. With his help i will suceed.

  This gym has everything you need for a perfect workout no matter your skill level. I wont describe it as a super modern facility but it has all the necessary equipment and some classes. The best asset this gym has is a trainer by the name of ANDREA. She is professional, courteous and has excellent knowledge of the body. She knows how to cater to one's specific needs and it is apparent she studies fitness to the utmost level of professionalism. In a short period of time, she has transform my body and guided me to a new level of understanding nutrition and working out.
