I tried to cancel my membership multiple times, but even six months after canceling, they are still calling me and asking me to pay an outstanding balance—even though I already paid multiple times toward the balance. They advertise a $10/month membership, but my experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. The customer service has been terrible, and I would never recommend this gym to anyone. Stay away from this $10/month scam and save yourself the headache.

A special thank you to Aden, my personal trainer. He is an amazing trainer and truly knows what he is doing. He is knowledgeable, patient, and really pays attention to my form and technique. He takes the time to explain the exercises and makes sure I’m doing them correctly and safely. He also pushes me to do my best while still making me feel comfortable and motivated. I can already tell that I’m learning a lot from him, and I feel very lucky to have him as my trainer. He genuinely cares about helping me reach my goals, and that makes a big difference! I also want to mention Luis, who signed me up and has trained me a couple of times. He is such a great, happy, and friendly person and always makes you feel welcome. Overall, I’m very happy I chose this gym. The staff, the atmosphere, and especially the trainers have made this a great experience for me. I’m excited to keep working toward my goals! 💪😊
