This is not my first time with a trainer but it is my first time with someone who loves and enjoys training! He takes the time to explain the muscle your working on and he focuses on you to make sure you’re doing it correctly. He is dedicated, well informed and an encyclopedia of information! One day another person was observing the session and at the end came up to us and congratulated him for his dedication to make sure I was doing it correctly. So happy I started this journey here and got paired up with Deven! If you’re serious about your health go check them out!
