For one the room for the exam was brightly lit because the door was completely opened, which I think attributed to me not being able to see some letters properly. Second, I had prepared to pick out a couple of pairs of glasses, and when I went back for the exam, the man in the front office had put them away before I could finish with the exam. I don't know why I keep going back to different locations. I have never had a good experience with them. I will not be using Lenscrafters again.
