She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and motivating, and every session feels personalized and effective. Carolina is so good at explaining movements and making you feel comfortable while still challenging you. Everyone at the studio is also so friendly and helpful — such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Now they have two studios, and even though I just started going back, the experience has been great, the instructors have have been phenomenal, the studio is clean, the staff is friendly, and the workout is fire. 🔥

I personally use private instructors and are excellent, they understand my abilities and my needs , place is immaculate and every employee is knowledgeable and polite . I should have gone long time ago but better late than never . I recommend it without hesitation.
