  I was at this gym yesterday between 7-730pm. No one was around, no one at the reception area. Not one UFC employee to be seen at all. So I walked around to give-myself a tour. I wanted to get a membership but that experience already told me how my experience would be if I become a member. I will just find another gym. Awful.

  Unprofessional and poorly managed. The staff seems inexperienced, and there’s no real leadership to handle issues when they arise. I signed up twice simply because it’s close to my home, but the convenience wasn’t worth it. Trying to cancel is a nightmare, they make the process unnecessarily difficult and seem more focused on continuing to bill you than actually helping. Escalating concerns to management is pointless. Once you finally present everything, they stop responding altogether. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. I gave this place two chances and regretted it both times. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else, you’ll thank yourself later.

  I’ve been a member of UFC Plantation for one year. I want to pay a high compliment to Curtis Bigby. He is always very welcoming and always smiling ! His professionalism and the way he interacts with the members really stands out. His advice on nutrition, proper use of equipment, personal coaches and weight control is much appreciated ! Curtis, thank you for your hard work and dedication to this facility. It is not often that I send off an A+ rating however this is well deserved !!

  Love this gym, they have all kinds of machines and services. I love the cryotherapy there, must go see Ashley for more details on massage and therapy packages.
