  ⭐ PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING UP — MY EXPERIENCE WITH UFC FIT I’m sharing my experience because I want to caution others before they sign up with UFC Fit. Based on what happened to me, I strongly recommend considering another gym. I personally went to the gym to cancel my membership and spoke directly with Tyler. I clearly requested that my membership be canceled. During our conversation, Tyler told me he would give me 30 days of complimentary access in case my schedule allowed me to start attending the gym again. At no point was I told that I had to return within those 30 days, that I had to use the complimentary access, or that my membership would remain active if I did not return. Despite going there in person specifically to cancel, I later discovered that my membership was still considered active and that I was being charged. I returned to the gym and explained the entire situation to the manager, Ashlee. I told her that I had text messages with Tyler documenting our conversation. I also followed up with an email to the manager, but I never received a response. More than a year later, I was shocked to discover that UFC Fit had reportedly sent the account to collections for more than $270. What is most frustrating is that I made multiple efforts to address this situation directly and in person. In my experience, the conduct of the employees involved, including Tyler and manager Ashlee, was extremely dishonest and unprofessional. I was left feeling that money was being prioritized over customer service, accountability, and doing what was right. Unfortunately, my experience gave me the impression that this location is being run by inexperienced staff who do not properly follow through on what they tell customers. Even when you have written communication to support your side of the story, that apparently may not be enough to prevent issues. If you are thinking about signing up, my honest advice is to sign up somewhere else. I would not want another customer to go through the frustration, time, and stress that I experienced. There are plenty of gyms where you can spend your money without having to worry about whether your cancellation will actually be honored. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Your money and peace of mind are worth it.

  DEPLORABLE PREDATORY MEMBERSHIP PRACTICES. First they tell you its $1 for the first month and then tell you theyll charge you your last month ON THE SAME DAY. once you sign, "OH BY THE WAY THERES A $50 DOLLAR ANNUAL FEE ON YOUR NEXT PAYMENT". so you go from paying $1 to $110 on the first day and then $160 plus tax on your second month! THEN IF YOU WANNA CHANGE ANYTHING ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP you have to call. and theyll tell you you have to CALL AFTER 11AM OR go in to talk to someone to cancel. Then you have to go in and talk to someone and or finally you have to email SOMEONE TO CHANGE ANYTHING ON YOUR ACCOUNT?! ITS 2026! ALL OF THIS SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE DONE OVER AN APP - BUT NOOOOPEEEE THE APP GIVES YOU THE OPTION BUT WONT ALLOW YOU TO. they spin you round and round, and then when you want to cancel they will force you to stay and additional 21 days which if youre in cycle that means your LAST MONTH PAYMENT which you paid on your first day doesnt COUNT! SO NOW YOURE STUCK FOR 2 MORE MONTHS. PEAK SCAM MENTALLITY. IF YOU GO IN BETTER HAVE A CARD READY THAT YOURE WILLING TO CANCEL CAUSE IT WILL BE THE ONLY WAY OUT.

  Best gym ever Jeffy help me when my phone had low battery and let me charge it, I’ve been coming to this gym for the past 3 years and I love it! The people and machines are incredible
