A couple of years ago, I had a detached retina, and he acted immediately to get me in with a specialist for surgery. He is very kind, but also straightforward and efficient, so you’re not sitting there for hours waiting. I’ve also taken my daughter to see him after another doctor gave us information that seemed a little questionable, and Dr. Scott was honest, caring, and reassuring. He genuinely cares about his patients and doesn’t treat people like dollar signs. That kind of compassion is hard to find. His staff is also wonderful—always friendly, welcoming, and personable. They never make you feel rushed or like just another patient. Of course, when you leave, you walk through the LensCrafters store, and I have to say the manager, Sandy, and the assistant manager are amazing as well. They are incredibly helpful, give honest advice, and the rest of their staff is just as kind and professional. I felt I needed to write this review because going here gives you peace of mind. Your eyes are so important, and you want people who truly care for them while also knowing you’re not being taken advantage of. This location has always treated my family with kindness, even when we came in with issues involving my toddler breaking my glasses. I truly appreciate everyone at this location and highly recommend them.
