  I had an outstanding experience at Implantation Dentistry. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.   I highly recommend this dentist! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with excellent customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Most importantly, they made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. The care, kindness, and genuine compassion they showed were truly outstanding. A huge shoutout to the amazing ladies who stayed with me until the very end and made the entire process so much easier. Their patience, support, and professionalism meant a lot to me, and I deeply appreciate everything they did. I'm so happy I found my new dentist and look forward to coming back.   I originally came to this dentist because of their reviews but I regret it now I was told they accepted my insurance but when I got there they then started explain I have a HMO plan etc and they recommended I switch to a PPO plan They did my X-rays and checked my teeth and told me everything is fine they recommended crowns for my front teeth because I.have a gap and Peg Lateral teeth. I paid $95 for the X-rays and a “ Periodontal debridement” but they gave me a REGULAR CLEANING come to find out a “ Periodontal debridement” is a specialized, non-surgical deep cleaning that removes heavy plaque and hardened tartar (calculus) from above and below the gumline. It treats active gum disease, reduces inflammation, and creates a clean surface for gums to reattach to the teeth and while the person was cleaning my teeth with the Prophy paste and a prophy polisher (again that’s all they used to do my regular cleaning even though they had me pay for a periodontal debridement) she put a fracture in my tooth and never said anything to me or the dentist I noticed once I got home. Comes recently now where the tooth fracture was has now developed more I go to an emergency dentist to repair and come to find out not only do I need that tooth repaired I need a few other things done and mind you these are the things that happens in months they been there so now I’m set up at a new dentist and have to get all this corrected I said all this to be careful where you go to get your dental work done a lot of dentist are just doing it for the money at this is one of them and they don’t report claims to your dentist or anything because they are pocketing the money and I’ll never return to this dentist or recommend them.
