I did my first Pilates class. Walking in I was nervous but Emily reassured me I was good and totally capable. My instructor was Suzan who was patient with my form and injuries, and made me even more confident id be able to add this to my daily workouts

Cianara is an amazing Pilates instructor! Every class is challenging, motivating, and so much fun. She explains each movement clearly, pays attention to form, and creates a welcoming environment for everyone, no matter their fitness level. I always leave class feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished. If you’re looking for a great workout with an instructor who truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Cianara!!!!
5 stars for Cianara. She's my favorite instructor at the club. She makes you work but she keeps it fun. She plays good music and she's so friendly. She keeps me coming back every Thursday.
I will say, the cancellation policy is not good. If you don't cancel 12 hours before, you lose the credit. If you happen to wake up sick one day, you probably already missed your cancellation window. I think a 4-6 hour window would be much more helpful for people when life happens.

I’ve been a member of Club Pilates for years. I joined this location in August of 2025. Unfortunately I had to cancel my contract due to unfair treatment from their manager whose name is Carline. About a month ago I was in a full class ready to start when Carline walked up to me as I was laying down on the reformer and in front of the entire class asked if I had received her email. I was confused. She then went on to say in a rude, condescending and disrespectful tone that I am not allowed to have my phone in class. I had never heard of this rule, or seen it enforced in any way. I had always brought my phone in and put it on silent and put it below the reformer next to the back wall. I tried to explain to her that my daughter had just had a baby and I am also in the medical field and on call, so I had my phone on silent and would glance at it sporadically in case of an emergency. She went on to berate me in front of the entire class. I am disappointed in myself that at that moment I did not get up and leave. I was stunned into silence. I left and called the studio and spoke to the front office receptionist who said she would give her the message to call me. She never called me. The most unfortunate part is that I had to continue going to this studio for 30 more days because of their policy of giving 30 day notice to cancel. During that time I saw many people taking their phones in and no one ever said anything to them. When I mentioned to the front office receptionist that people had their phones, she would reply “oh, I did not see them” and that’s it. That happened more than 10 times. Let it also be noted that all of our personal belongings are in little cubbies by the front door, during many classes the front office receptionist would use the bathroom and not come back for 10-15 minutes at a time. There’s a sign posted saying the management is not responsible for loss or theft but no one is watching the front. Incidentally, music is so low you can’t hear it, dogs are heard barking from the dog grooming store next door, there’s a gaping hole in the ceiling tile from a leak that happened two months ago that is directly above a reformer and lastly there seems to be black mold on the back wall, nearest to the bathrooms. Also their schedule is not flexible for people that work. They don’t carry a full schedule. Lastly, the reformers are one on top of the other as the bay is long but not wide, so two people cannot walk down the middle aisle at the same time.
I am the only person that was confronted about a phone in the 11 months I was a member at this studio during any class that I attended. To this day I do not know why I was singled out because the manager Carline refused to have a conversation about the incident. As a business woman in the health care industry I am so extremely disappointed in her treatment of me. I would never put anyone out there like she did. She should have taken me aside before or after class and spoken to me privately, but even if she had it still doesn’t explain why I am the only person she singled out.
I forgot to mention that they didn’t honor my last class that I had booked saying that it was a glitch in the system that allowed the class to be scheduled.

In response to your comment Ed, I did not
attend 84 classes in your studio, I belonged to another studio where I attended the majority of the classes.
I do hope that you were able to talk to your manager about treating people with dignity and respect. It’s essential to the success of any business.
