  Honestly my mom had a horrible experience. I specifically requested for some local anesthesia and some sedation and nothing was given to my mom. They burnt her to clean the area and she was suffering so bad. This was our second experience. The first one was great but this last experience very bad. The doctor was not the same as the first visit. I hope next time we go it’s better. Claudia was super nice! Some ladies at the front had attitude. There was a super sweet lady that gave my mom a colorful blanket… my mom was so happy. I like this place by if my mom will suffer again like this last time I will never take her back.

  I recently had to have a dialysis catheter replaced. During the initial intake, the nurse asked numerous questions regarding my health history. Not a problem, very nice young lady. However, her colleagues within the same area were quite loud with their nonsensical conversation. I had to ask the nurse a few times to speak up, which was a roundabout way to hopefully get her to suggest to her colleagues to quiet their conversation. The actual procedure was not as pleasant as it was in the past. The doctor was actually quite rough and I wasn’t consulted about the “upgrade “ in size of the catheter. Overall, not horrible but definitely room for improvement.

  The medical doctors and RNs are excellent providers. They are very knowledgeable and patient. What a professional staff to assist its clients.
