  Signed up for kickboxing class with Coach Paul at the UFC Pinellas Park location thinking “Ah, it won’t be hard, it’ll be a fun time”. Yeah, it WAS fun but I was totally wrong about it being easy. I’m in great shape for an old dude, but I haven’t sweat that much in years! I realized my cardio game was WEAK and I need to be in this class as often as possible! If you’re ready to sweat and be out of breath while learning how to strike and kick properly, then definitely look for all the classes that Coach Paul is teaching and sign up for them!

  Can’t say enough positive things about UFC Gym! The gym, by itself is amazing, but it pales in comparison to the people there! Every one of the coaches and staff are completely committed to your success! In just my first few weeks here, I’ve had incredible classes in Jiu Jitsu from Yuri, from Willie and Bernard in Boxing and Muay Thai, and most recently, an outstanding one on one boxing session with Paul Benson…just a great instructor! you’re looking for a place to challenge yourself, train hard, and grow, UFC Gym is it!!!

  I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but UFC Gym Pinellas Park is the first place where I truly don’t feel like just another number. At other gyms, I could never stay consistent because something was always missing. Here, it’s different, it feels more like family than just a gym. Yaser is genuine, welcoming, and truly cares about the members and their goals. You can tell he’s passionate about creating a positive environment where people actually want to keep showing up. I’m also doing personal training with Ashley, and she is absolutely amazing! She pushes me to do better every session while also being incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. She knows how to challenge you while still making you feel encouraged and capable. The environment they’ve created is what keeps me coming back. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and motivating. If you’re looking for a gym where you feel valued, supported, and motivated to stay consistent, I highly recommend checking them out!

  I’ve had the chance to train with Paul and I can honestly say he’s one of the best coaches I’ve worked with. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and pushes you to improve while still making training enjoyable. Whether you’re brand new to boxing or already experienced, he knows how to break things down and help you level up your technique, conditioning, and confidence. You can tell he genuinely cares about his fighters and wants to see people succeed both in and out of the gym. Highly recommend training with Paul if you’re serious about getting better.

The coaching team is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping members reach their goals.
