  The entire staff is over and above in their care and creating a space to relax and even laugh. Dr. C is extraordinary and Nurse Andy as well. I leave every appointment feeling good and appreciative of my time with this team.

  I’m extremely unhappy with my visit today with Dr. Etheridge. Just a heads up, I’ve had a bad issue with him before. First of all, I am disabled, with severe poly neuropathy in my feet, legs and hands. I depend on my husband for assistance . As they were bringing us to our room, the nurse separated me and my husband, to take me for an ex-ray on my foot …I just had one taken 5 months ago on the same foot, so I was questioning why I had to do it again, she said we have to do it every time. I told her I needed my husband and she brushed me off. So we walked to the x ray room and I asked please can you get my husband to help with my shoe and such , because I can’t fall easily. ( I walk with a walker) She told me no again and that she would handle it. So, I said, can I refuse, and she said,”of course, you can c say no to anything…” so I said I “no” I’m not going to do it. She turned around looking at all staff in the office and repeated “no, she’s not going to have it!! “She said it in a slightly higher tone …as I passed by with everyone staring at me, I just said to all of them, “ I just said “no”. As she was leading me to my room. As I walked past I felt every one’s eyes and thought I heard someone say something about what happened …I get to my exam room, where my husband was waiting, he had no idea what had happened…then I sat down and explained to my husband that I denied the x ray, and I told him why. ….then Dr. Etheridge walked in and very happily said how’s everything going in here,lol. ?? My husband said “going good.” Then the Dr. confronts me about saying no to x ray, we both explained why I said no. He’s facing his computer and told me to “be quiet!” While I’m pulling up your chart “!! I said “ how dare you talk to me that way “, then he turns around and says “I’m going to poke the bear!!” I said “well I’m going to poke right back “…he made me cry and kept talking mean , my husband was in shock! I confronted him about how he talks to his patients . he said , “ sometimes I like to poke the bear!!” I was still crying my eyes out, at this time. He told me I could leave if I wanted to. I said okay I will. “. Then he threatened that they might drop my insurance in January….then he said, “ have you read my great reviews on google ?” Hardly anyone gives me a negative review. I said “ well , you might be getting one now! Lol “. Finally he apologized because he saw we were leaving.. Then he ended with these parting words, Didn’t I save your toe??”! ( talking about a surgery I had a year ago) I said “ yes and I thanked you repeatedly. “ then we decided to go ahead and leave. Done with Dr. Etheridge.

  Dr Snellgrove is absolutely wonderful. Very courteous and great bed side manner. Staff is super friendly and they always share a laugh making it a pleasure to be seen.

  I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The doctor was very thorough and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns and he explain in detail what he felt we should do to improve my health This was my best decision in a long time to go see Dr. Etheridge.

  Some folks are great individuals but let's face it, mediocre at their profession. Others are great at their profession but not very good with helping their patients understand in layman's terms what and why they recommend a given treatment. Dr. Etheridge and his associates are great in both respects. Great peeps, great talent and skills, plus they are so enjoyable that I actually look for to appts.! Bottom line my feet have not felt this good in decades. Achieving any relief would have been great, but they have done so much more for me than just making them better. I cannot recommend them more highly. I am saying this in the middle of healing from surgery. Now you know, folks are awesome if during recovery you are most thankful that your Lord brought them into your life. Thanks guys!
