  i was transferred 7 different times before speaking to the appropriate person regarding a referral. every time the person who picked up the phone said “pensacola podiatry, how may i help you?” and then immediately put me on hold. you’re supposed to ask if you can put the person on a hold before cutting them off and putting them on hold. at one point i was being transferred back to the same people i spoke to before. this clinic seems disorganized and unprofessional. at the end of my 20 minute hold, the person told me they didn’t even have the referral.

  This practice is excellent! We saw Dr Etheridge about a serious issue, and his care and follow through was superb. One cannot find a better provider than he and his team are.

  I saw Dr. Speer. I wish more places were like this. Everything was great. Even the front office people which is uncommon in my experience. Highly recommend.

  I had an ingrown toenail on the outside of my big toe. After searching for local podiatrist and patient reviews, I made an appointment with Dr. Etheridge. Dr. Etheridge examined my toe and gave me two options. I decided to have the toenails root removed. Dr. Etheridge explained what the procedure was. The only thing that hurt was the shots to numb the toe but it wasn’t that bad. I’m 3 days post opp and the toe is healing nicely. Dr Etheridge was professional and engaging. Highly recommend him.
