  My own experience with Miracle ear started a several years ago. I noticed that I was always saying "what?". My wife noticed it and told me that I needed to get my hearing checked. I called Miracle ear and next thing I knew I could hear again and it wasn't all tinney like I thought. I was so happy being able to hear again. Thank you Miracle ear.

  I had the privilege of meeting and working with Aaron and Shannon at the Bayou Blvd on Pensacola! Shannon, the office manager was exceptional with her customer service skills and knowledge. She was very kind, greeted everyone with a smile and was the ultimate hostess. Aaron made my experience seamless because he was so attentive to my situation and explained all of the options available to me. He was gracious, patient answering all of my questions, and the epitome of professionalism as he worked with me to get the best aide for my situation. The staff is even there after the sale to help their clients with whatever they need. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend this office and the staff to make your experience a fabulous one.

  Two different times I had to take my hearing aids in because of my dog damaging them. I took them to 4455 Bayou Blvd., Pensacola, FL. The staff was very nice wonderful to talk to the technicians were professional and very courteous and did a great job taking care of my problems I would strongly recommend Miracle ear to anyone that needs hearing aids. I would give them a five star.

  Shannon Alexander, office manager has the best customer service skills, I’ve seen in a long time. She could give classes on how to treat clients/customers.

  Since my mother has gotten her hearing aids, two years ago, she’s been extremely satisfied with the service and treatment she received from this Pensacola site. After two years the hearing aids decided they were not going to work properly. Living in Puerto Rico made it very difficult in having the hearing aids serviced by the Miracle Ear in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico because they are not fully trained technicians and didn’t know what to do. So, after speaking with Shannon and Aaron, I ended up sending the hearing aids via FedEx to Aaron at Pensacola Miracle Ear. Aaron fixed the problem quickly and my sister who lives in Pensacola will be sending them back. This only took a total of five days. YAY!!! Thank you to Aaron and Shannon for their understanding and patience. Customer service is top notch! Thank you so much, Norma
