Brought in frames that had a few screws loose and Justin jumped right in to help out! I wasn’t even in there for 5 minutes. Great people all around.

Crosbie was amazing! She fixed/ replaced the nose piece on my sunglasses for free and even tightened the temples of the glasses without me asking!! Great customer service!!

Came in on two separate occasions with questions about getting new lenses for my current frames.
On the first visit, right away I was greeted by Crosbie Picanso who answered all my questions and provided insight in the type of custom lenses I was looking for (even though I had forgotten to bring the frames I wanted redone) all the while also looking after the other customers walking in!
On my next visit when I brought the frames, Ms. Picanso noticed me walking towards her and immediately asked me if I had brought my frames and prescription, continuing the conversation from about a week and a half prior, as if I had never left the store lol! That alone let me know I came to the right place and was dealing with the right person!
All in all, this location is a pleasure to visit and very conveniently located in Cordova Mall on the northern edge closest to Airport Rd.
Will definitely be stopping by again!

Lens Crafters Pensacola was truly amazing! I had to get new glasses and a subscription and they got me seen right away. I walked in with no appointment. I got beautiful new glasses and the frame I picked was a dark purple Versace frame. I have to have the blue ray or tint because I am always on my computer. I am a local Real Estate Broker and I am always on my computer daily. I also have progressive lens and I tried the transition lens for being out in the sun instead of wearing sunglasses over my regular glasses but I did not like the transition lens because they change with different types of lighting and sun exposure. Lens crafters took my prescription and replaced them with no transition and a clear lens. I and I am totally satisfied with them. I will definitely come back here again.

Samantha at LensCrafters is truly a gem! I can be very indecisive and selective when it comes to choosing eyewear, but she was incredibly patient, offered thoughtful suggestions, and helped me confidently narrow down my final choice.
My experience with Samantha has been consistently exceptional across both visits, and I genuinely appreciate her commitment to understanding and meeting her customers’ needs.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
